Arena Design

I was tasked with designing a large-scale static visual for the SAP Center, to be displayed on the top ring of the scoreboard and the outer ring along the interior of the arena, between the upper and lower seating sections. My initial design was modeled after my pride-themed wallpaper. However, since the Sharks had already scheduled their Pride Night earlier in the season, before the game I was scheduled to attend, I adapted the design to be more versatile. This ensured it could be used or displayed at any point throughout the season. While the background and overall aesthetic were left to my discretion, the design required a lockup of both the San Jose Sharks and Adobe logos. The most rewarding aspect of this project was seeing the design come to life at a live game. I had the chance to attend the game with my dad, a lifelong Sharks fan, and to top it off, the Sharks won the game against a tough opponent—making it an unforgettable experience.

Motion Graphic Wallpaper

Designed and animated a motion graphic, beginning with a custom static graphic created in Photoshop for the Sharks' "Wallpaper Wednesday" initiative. The static graphic, featuring player images and a theme of choice, was built with the intention of being shared as part of the Sharks' weekly fan engagement series. Used After Effects to add special effects, transitions, and movement, bringing the design to life. Our graphic was selected and posted to introduce each member of the fellowship to the fan base, showcasing the program and fostering a connection with the Sharks community.
